My parents believed in Spirituality so we basically had no religion to follow. Meditation was a part of daily life but because I was born into this I never felt the need to take this any further until I left home and began exploring this world on my own. After 8 years, I was re-united with meditation and yoga.
Writing has always helped me find my way back to sanity. I was introduced to the yoga by a friend who liked the spiritual aspect of yoga. I started practising yoga with similar intention however, I realised that everyone has different journey. Mine started with one but as I immersed myself into practice I discovered more than that. I am happy to be on this journey and cannot wait to learn more about yoga.
